Service Status and referral to friends?

Sorry Fizz but you guys are making it tough to refer the service to others When it works it works great. When it doesn't its not cool at all as its impacting business as well as day to day communication.

    it was great for 2-3 months.....just disappointing to have this now

    Certainly not referring them to anyone. Switching out at the end of my billing cycle. Enough is enough. It's not the second outage. It's the nth one - if you're like me and signed up towards the beginning. The outages are just not worth it anymore.

    I will be very careful when it comes to referring friends.
    The services do not prove to be reliable, you do not want to look bad by inviting people to a service with so many glitches

    Service is back here now. I had to disconnect and reconnect to the Fizz network.

    P.S. Interestingly, they will apologize every time and offer perks (for free GB) :).
