My cell service keeps cutting, and when it comes in, it say I'm roaming. How can I fix this?

When it comes back in, it says I'm roaming, even if I'm on my coverage zone. I cannot call, text, or connect to data.

  You can't fix it. It's something that Fizz needs to fix from their end.
