why fizz went down again?

fizz network crashed again? why is that? it just happened 2 weeks ago. back then fizz said it was a network ''fluke''. and the issued has been fixed. then how come the network is off grid again??

    Yay! More additional Data that cant be used.
    Starting to regret switching from Videotron. Which was amazing.
    But i guess it makes no difference, as they're getting my money one way or another.
    The perks so far. Make up for this and the past outage. But. I hope this doesn't become an on going issue.

    Status of our services
    April 2, 2019 9:40 a.m. - We noticed some instabilities on our network, which would explain why some members cannot use their services. We're currently investigating to pinpoint the cause as soon as possible.

    The network is down.
    Fizz is investigating.
    We are all waiting for kind of explanation from Fizz.

    Yeah its down for me too. For 2 minutes I was switched to videotron's data only connection but that went down too.
