we need answer fizz. not just an issue about but what is the issue. this is the 2nd time in not even 2 week that the network is down. I miss important call last time and this time around. I use the phone for work. My wife she paid her phone yesterday and today it doesnt even work. 2Gb gift doesnt cut out we need answer on what is the issue. will it occur again is it gonna be fix etc. thank you

@Fizzy, i already know that but that doesnt give info on what is the issue. i know the network is down i am trying to figure out if it an on going issue and will it happen every week so i can get an alternative1

I hope Fizz will give some explanations and will convince us that service will be more reliable.
For now, mobile is up again, but you most likely already know.
