Account frozen for three days -- no service -- still have eighteen days left prepaid anyone else see

Fizz chat said it was their issue and they would contact me.. 1.5 days ago and no contact yet. Anyone else seen this happen? It asks to update payment method but I have 2.5weeks left (18-days) before I need to pay and lots of money in the account wallet..

That is really bad, I can understand a problem, but I cannot understand days in order to solve it.

Contact them and try to get some kind of compensation as well3

UPDATE:
I was supposed to receive an email from them.. according to the conversation that we had on Saturday. No email and no phone two days later so I contact again and this is what I get:
"Thank you for your patience.Unfortunately for the moment we have a issue with our tools.Please comeback a little later.
