Why am I being charged 10 cents per minutes for calls when I bought a 60 minutes pack?

The add-ons are applied when you buy. Do you have a Quebec coverage and you call outside Quebec?
If you selected the Quebec coverage in your plan, consider buying a Travel Add-on or an International call Add-on to make your calls to Canada or the United States.4 -
They were local call from Montreal, where I live, or 800 commercial numbers. They were all incoming calls.4

Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.
In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.
