No agents available to chat?

Chat continues to not get responded. After two hours, I get the following message: "Sorry, we were not able to find any available agents. The conversation has ended". It's been like this for at least a week. Anybody else has this issue?

The best option is the chat, is fast couple of minutes to talk with someone
Go on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon.Facebook is a good option if you want an answer after hours :P
