Error in ordering SIM card ‘RESERVATION_CODE’

I encounter this message when I try to order the SIM card ‘RESERVATION_CODE’. Does anyone here have the same problem? Please advise what I should do, thank you!

    Close your web browser. Open it, then use Ctrl+Shift+N and use Incognito mode to order again.

    Did you ever get a solution to this? I have been trying to sign up for a month now with the same error and it seems that fizz is just dragging their feet.
