Money in Wallet Gone to Roaming while on Highway 417 from Toronto to Ottawa
Has anyone else been charged for roaming while driving from Toronto to Ottawa, Toronto to Montreal? It turns out that both of my wallets were emptied due to data roaming, but I though Fizz Mobile was Canada-wide, unless we hit a Cell Tower that was located in the US driving through the Kingston/Brockville area (close to the US border). I reported this issue back on Feb 21st and I'm still waiting for a response from Customer Service.

You'll have to contact them for a refund. I haven't lost wallet money because my balance was $0, but I had hundreds in charges to my wallet when I went to Ontario last fall. Don't put any more money into your wallet until you get back to Quebec/Ottawa. I'd have thought they'd have fixed that bug by now, but appparently not.5
