This is not good when Fizz is just coming out of Beta now! Same thing like a few months ago and they decided to extent the Beta period.

Mobile service is completely down. Roaming doesn't work either.
At least Fizz is posting updates to keep us informed every hour.

I keep a 2nd mobile line as backup with another provider. It's been pretty reliable also prepaid, similar to Fizz. I hope Fizz improves soon.14 -
@ fizzy, I have 4 lines here. Backup is certainly a good idea.7

It's frustrating for people who use Fizz as main line and make money. Fizz need extend beta period longer before it's really ready.
Also Videotron works perfectly. It's Fizz only problem.7 -
I cannot understand they have a pretty big company behind in the same field and they cannot have the right guys?7

LTE Data / call / msgs is back online for me now. Im located in Brossard / South shore7

Agreed. Fizz is not ready to go live. It is unacceptable to charge full price or even intro prices for an unstable system with minimal support at a time when support is really needed.7

Their updates don't instill confidence. Something like "we think we found a the problem and we hope to have you online in ##" It's been 6 hours now so I think they don't have this in hand.6
