Not receiving incoming calls?
Issues with incoming calls. I have the full package of vm/texting/calls. My acc is up to date & plenty of usage space. I received an important email from someone asking me to call them. I did and they stated they tried to call my cell and a automated recording about not able to complete the request. I tried calling from another line to my cell and received the same message (my cell did not ring and no vm option given).
