I am in Montreal and My service is completely down, this is quite an inconvenience. Your plans aren't cheap enough for this to continue being acceptable.

I received this answer from Fizz:
"Yes we are aware that there currently is a network outage since 7:45 AM."
"We’re currently investigating to pinpoint the cause as soon as possible"3 -

Me too, I am in VMR. The service is down, but it is very strange that my wife’s Fizz service is ok! Can you Fizz explain this? I am in the same house with my wife, her phone is working, mine is out of service!2

This is completely unacceptable to be down for 3 hours and ongoing!! Not only does the service need to come back up ASAP, we also need compensation for this. As the OP said, their plans aren't cheap enough or even free to endure this kind of service in the year 2019.1

It's down for me too (android) but my brother (iPhone) has no issue. Weird.

Same here in Ottawa. Usually this might happen when there is an important upgrade being put in place, like leaving the beta phase behind. Let's hope this is it and wait for better services later today.1
