No cell service, no chat bubble, no FB messenger reply?

I have no service, I cannot communicate with Fizz, as the chat bubble never appears on multiple browser platforms. No reply on Facebook messenger. This isn't great when you rely on your phone for work.
Please revise this Fizz.

    Classic Fizz response (in that they don't have a response) While I understand that networks will experience problems from time to time, Fizz makes no efforts whatsoever to give tech support or even minimal customer service to their customers (help bubble rarely pops up, fb chat never replies within an unacceptable time)

    I've notice that when using internet explorer, a lot of features do not work on fizz.ca,
    Do you have problem with the chat bubble using Chrome?
