    The portability can take 2 hours. Did you receive the confirmation? Any email from fizz? What do you see from the panel? Give us a bit more info, except personal data

    The number is no longer under my profile.. it seems that the number was cancelled... also, i noticed the message 3 days ago asking to choose another number... but i do not want new number. I need my old number... i do not know what to do... so frustrating...
