Why incoming calls are being charged more than announced in Fizz site?

You are right they are at 0.10$ per minutes but I do not know if are calculate by seconds or minutes since I have unlimited calls2

            It's supposed to be .10 + tx = 0.12 .
 But sometimes it's charged 012 or 0.28 : it's a bug1

I checked in my service agreement By depositing a sum of money in the wallet to Pay-As-You-Go. At any time the Customer can accesstheir account and add funds to cover the following types of usage: - Usage within your coverage area (Calls: $0.25/min; Text: $0.05/msg) - International calls- Roaming fees (Data, calls and texts)Rates for Add-Ons and pay-as-you-go I will suggest contacting the support, here we are normal users that can talk about our experience. You can pick one of these methods: - Facebook (interactive with a delay, go to https://facebook.com/fizzca and click on send message)
- The chat https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us (interactive. go on the page and wait 15 seconds for the icon to appear at the bottom right)

@mike, am I reading it right ? 0.25$/minute ? That's a lot more than the anticipated 0.10$ unless they bill by the second, which I highly doubt considering Videotron bills by the minute ....
Perhaps it's for outgoing calls ? But what about incoming calls ? I couldn't find anything on the service agreement so I suppose it's the same charge.
Also OP, just wondering, why not choose a plan with unlimited calls ? Or perhaps get a VoIP service like Fongo ?5

I have unlimited, therefore I do not know.
It seems expensive, but it was a cut and paste from my service agreement2

I am curios did you talk with the support?0

For me it is always $0.14/min, and it shows 0.12+ tax...
No idea what is going on here, though they said 0.1/min1
