How can we make sure the credits are properly applied on each invoice?

Unfortunately, there's no running total of your accumulated referral dollars that we can see, so all you can do is keep track yourself of how much referral money you have, and then carefully watch your invoices to see how much has been used from your referral money.4

You can keep track of who you have referred so far, or who referred you on your profile page, but you cannot really keep track of the payments. However, when your referral bonus is confirmed, you should be able to see the credit on your next billing cycle.
