Updated my plan to 4GB but after the new month started, usage area still shows 1gb availability

As the title says, I updated my two plan to 4GB data per month as we ran out of data the previous month. When the new month started, the usage data still says availability of 1GB. What gives?

From Fizz FAQ:
All plan changes will take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.
Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.3 -
Yes, I updated my plan atleast 5 business days before the next billing cycle. I even have confirmation emails.
