I would think that it will work but I am not an expert in this domain.3

According to fizz website (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices), all android cell phones sold in North America over the last 5 years are compatible. No mention of any particular brand or model on the website. If your phone meets this generic condition, you are good Patrick.5

Why are you all answering without knowing the answer? This phone is a 2G (only works for Fizz Ext which isn't a valid long-term option) or 3G-only phone. The 3G frequencies it supports do not overlap with Fizz's 1700/2100 spectrum range, so it will only connect to Fizz Ext for 3G and you'll have your account disconnected within a few months if you don't change phones. The only way this phone's voice frequency support would work is if it had 4G data support, but it doesn't. With that phone you're better off going with one of the other low-cost brands from the big 3 networks.5
