I purchased 2 SIM's on the same order, but only 1 card was delivered ? are they being shipped separately or did the courier lose-stole the second SIM ?

Under "my profile", then "order history", "see details". There should be a "Follow your shipment" link. You can check the status and possibly communicate with shipper. Should be faster than chat.1

Yeah, check your account history to see how many sim cards were delivered to you.2

Standard shipping: maximum 2 business days
All orders placed from Monday to Thursday are delivered within the week on the next 2 business days (Wednesday to Friday)
All orders placed from Friday to Sunday are delivered within the next week on the next 2 business days (Monday to Tuesday)
