    What I meant is that is not even in my referral history, as if I never put the code. But I did.

    Then you should contact Fizz.
    You can chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ). You'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right corner in 15 seconds

    You will need to wait until your referee pays for his second month and then you'll receive it on the following month, so 3 months in total.
