How do I reset my pin?

  Contact Fizz through chat or FB to get it reset if you forgot it. If you know it and want to change it, dial your voice-mail and choose the option to change the PIN.

  If you have your actual pin, option 4, then 2 on the VM. If you don't have your actual pin, you'll need to chat whit Fizz.
