Someone else has a similar issue there https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1845277-wont-lg-v20-wont-connect-lte. If you search V20 in the community hub you will see that there is other people that have issues with the V20. Maybe it depend of the exact model but Fizz use the Vidéotron Network and there is some support on the Vidéotron website for the V20 https://support.videotron.com/en-ca/residential/mobile/devices/lg-v20. You may not have the same exact model. You need to check the compatibility with the specs of your phone. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices. However If they told you that your phone is not compatible, I hope they verify.7

It looks like all versions of that phone have the frequency support for LTE data, but not all support voice calling/texting when connected to LTE, maybe that's the problem you're experiencing? Do you know which version you have (Global, AT&T, Sprint, etc.)?7

If you want to look up if any device is compatible here's the link to that page.

If you go to setting, about this phone, you'll see the exact model. Is it F800K, L, etc?
Look at https://www.frequencycheck.com for your devince, then click "check country/carrier compatibility" and look for Videotron.
You need to have theses frequencies on your phone : -Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies -Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)

Thanks.
The phones (model LG-H915) worked perfectly before on the Telus network. They were both unlocked phones. Using the weblink suggested above it reports the phones are 100% compatible with Videotron network. https://www.frequencycheck.com/carrier-compatibility/WGq1HrK/lg-h915-v20-lte-a/videotron-canada
It has bands: B4 (1700/2100 AWS 1) and B17 (700 bc) for LTE and B4 (1700/2100 AWS 1) for UMTS. These are LG flagship phones although a couple of years old. Any other thoughts?3 -
Your phones have all the necessary frequency band support for both data and voice calls. The resending network parameters doesn't work for me either, but all the phones I've used are perfectly compatible with Fizz. If calls but not data services are working for you I see only 2 options: 1) your APN settings are wrong and/or you need to fix it and/or reboot, or 2) there is something wrong on Fizz's end where data hasn't been enabled for your plan.
Is there any chance you originally signed up with just voice services and then changed your plan to include data after deciding to keep Fizz? If so the change isn't active until your next billing cycle.
