I received an email notification about a new answer on thread 1899847 and the link was directing me to a page not found...
https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1899847-conflict-previous-home-internet-provider-active-connected-fizz-modem-work/answers/4412253
I connected to the community and found it using searching for key words.

Do a search with key words on Google you should find it. Is it this one?

I get broken links sometimes too. I either wait a bit and try again and it works or search it out. It can be a pain.

It's normal to experience broken links which gives you error messages. Always best to let fizz know about any issues you encounter so they can later fix on that

I received several emails like that over the past 12 hours, and in most cases the "new response" that was shown in the email was just a bunch of random letters. So annoying to have to go through and delete each one.

It's like Fizz doesn't have enough bugs, it has to create some new ones.
I really think that Fizz changes their code directly in production environment without testing it.
