Credit card payment?

I can’t get my MasterCard credit card payment to go through. Every time I am getting an error message that I have reached the maximum number of cards on my account....? Any ideas?

This is a known bug. You need to contact Fizz to have it fixed.

You can start a chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ) and you'll see a bubble chat on right bottom corner in 15 seconds or so.2 -

Known bug, chat with Fizz and they'll remove this restriction.1
