Hi. I am switching provider since fizz does not offer me the coverage I require up north. The other provider asked me for my account number at fizz that should be on my invoice but I was not able to find this information. Where is it or can you send it to me

There is an 8 digit client number on your services agreement. FInd it in your online account, under manage plan.

You can check in My plans - Manage My Plan - Just under the phone number it's called Account ID
