But I know there is some benefits when you upgrade throught the bonus points. I have 1$ rebate on my internet and I am to level 3. I know it is not that much, but maybe next level, it will be more...6 -

No, you need get it separately. Also you don't have internet 120m in most area in Ottawa (except rockland).2
