I transferred my previous number, but during the completion of the document, Fizz asked me to pay the first month + tax.
Does Fizz receive the mobile phone bill on the first day or the end of the month?

It's a prepaid plan. You have to pay for the next month. Exemple you activated it today (28 feb) you will pay for the period from now to the 28th march. The 28th ,arch you will have to pay for the next month.11
