Will I get the carrier update to Fizz 34.1 on iOS 12.0?

Hi, Will i get the carrier update for Fizz 34.1 on iOS 12.0? Im reading conflicting reports that Fizz wasnt working correctly on older version of iOS.
I need to retain my iOS on 12.0.

    I think they use something in the update. You should update if you worri about it and about security hole.

    If you need to access the router you may access it directly without the Phone App.
    Use http://192.168.0.1 in your browser

    I remember 12.1 works. Good luck on 12.0
