how to re-activate mobile plan?

For some reason automatic payment wasn't successful and the service had to be suspended. I updated my payment method but the service remains suspended. How can it be re-activated?

The chat is not available. On FB they respond in the morning providing not relevant information or not even answering the questions. Not sure what to do...2
