how to re-activate mobile plan?

For some reason automatic payment wasn't successful and the service had to be suspended. I updated my payment method but the service remains suspended. How can it be re-activated?

    contact fizz by the chat to let them know and you would provably have yourplan re-active tomorow. But contact them by chat.

    The chat is not available. On FB they respond in the morning providing not relevant information or not even answering the questions. Not sure what to do...

    There are many users waiting in chat. So open a help page in French instead by using this https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-faire-un-renvoi-dappels to see if it would hlep.
    You should see a bubble chat within 15 seconds at the bottowm right.
    Don't pay attention to the content of the page, focus on the bubble chat.
