Sms doesn't work

My phone is Samsung S8.
my friend can receive my sms but I don't receive their text messages.
please tell me how to solve this problems.

  I did tried all the proposed solution in this forum, I even format my phone but still doesn't work.

  Did you just ported you number? If yes it can take a few hours before it’s fully working
  if you checked the APN and everything I would contact fizz but chat

  Same problem, I couldn't receive any incoming SMS. Still waiting for a fix.

  @Go I am also facing the same problem.. I have data and text plan, both does not work. Did you contact the customer support? or I need to wait for sometime?

  Both data and texts are started work after 6 hours of activation
