Login/SIM security

Hello,
I'm wondering if there would be any plans in implementing additional security features for our accounts, such as use of a 2FA app like Authy.
Also, I'm also curious what security measures are in place to prevent SIM hijacking, i.e., a 3rd party calling Fizz support and transferring my number to them, which has been a security point of failure with other providers.
Thanks,
BK

Fizz users can not receive short code sms ( used for 2FA ) from other vendors. So this feature will not be implemented until short code sms issue is resolved.1

For clarification, I mean implementing 2FA when logging into our Fizz accounts, not using a Fizz mobile number with MMS 2FA with another vendor.1

In order to transfer your phone to another provider, they would need your Fizz account number.
Unless your Fizz account is hacked or this information has been revealed, the transfer could not happen.2 -
This is a great idea. Hopefully it's will implemented in the future.
Fizz has so many challenges at the moment, I don't think that feature will be implemented very soon. It's going to be very later on.1 -
Hello, Benjamin!
Thank you for your question! Currently, the Fizz Team is working on developing further security measures to augment our already existing ones. We will, of course, keep our Fizz Community up to date on upcoming developments. Please enjoy your week!
