Connection problem?

I can't get it to work, I activated my sim card, did the APN but it just wouldn't work, call, text and data.

    Wait if fully activated. Need 4 hours in some scenario

    Have you check if your phone is compatible https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices. If it’s an iPhone you need the last update.

    If you just activated your plan , you have to wait a couple of hours for it to be fully functional.
