Does a visit to my Fizz account on mobile data count in my data consumption?

When I was with Virgin Mobile and visiting my account from their mobile app, the data was not charged.
Considering the fact that Fizz have no mobile app yet, does a visit to my Fizz account on mobile data count in my data consumption? I mean do they have "white-listed" their own domain?

I'm pretty sure that it still counts as data consumption, they have not white-listed their own domain7

No, they have not white-listed their own domain so the visit to your account will count towards your data consumption. MMS messages need a data plan to function properly.7

Of course, it does. Since you visit your Fizz account by a browser in your mobile, it surely uses your DATA.5
