Can I gift data to someone with a different coverage?

If I have a plan that covers only Canada and Quebec, and i gift data to an another user with Canada and U.S. coverage, can that person use my gifted data in the U.S.?

  Yes you can give data to anyone and that person can use gifted data in that person coverage

  Absolutely. Even if you change coverage, your rollover data inherits your new coverage.
