Since a while, I notice I don't receive randomly text messages or phone call from my friend.
Any reason for this? and most important how resolve this problem?

Some users have intermittent issues with sms.

To resolve this issue you should contact Fizz via chat during business hours by opening a help page like this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do.
Wait for about 15 seconds and you'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right corner of the page.
