Is there a mechanism to notify Fizz that you're having trouble sending SMS?

You can contact Fizz via chat by opening one of the help page and here is one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
Wait for 15 seconds and a bubble chat will appear the right bottom corner of the page4 -
Via chat or contact form in your profile page

Fizz has an ongoing (for months) known issue about receiving short code sms. Sending regular sms should work fine but I don't know about sending short code sms (if that's your trying to do).
