This is a known and ongoing issue that has to do with short code sms. It has been like that for months and I don’t believe we have an estimated time for when it’ll be fixed. You can learn more here: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1808946-sms-2-factor-authentication-issues4

As mentioned above, this is a big issue that is being worked on for the past months. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, for the meantime, I recommend using a third party calling and texting app.
