Where is the "Unblock SIM card" option?

When I click on "Manage plan" I get a dropdown of 2 options, and "Unblock SIM card" isn't there. I've attached a screencap.

    I think you should see more options than that. Did you port in a number, and has the port completed already? If not, you'll have to wait before everything shows up. But as René said, if your phone is asking for an unlock code you can't get it from Fizz and will have to contact your old provider.

    I had the same issue when I signed up. The option should appear after a couple of hours when you receive a text message saying that your activation is complete. The website should then update and display the option.

    Your activation is not done yet. Wait 4 hours and try. You should get more options than that.

    It is normal it takes time to cancel your previous plan wait a couple of hours and then it should work
