Maybe billing error. MT is right, go to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues , wait 10 seconds, click the green chat bubble on bottom right. chat with Fizz1

I have the same problem but its outgoing and incoming. Changing the apn helped but its still happening regularly1

Finally, after 3 days I got a txt from Fizz that my account is activated. I try txt again and both out/incoming mms work.0
