  You need to contact Fizz via chat https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues.
  Wait for about 15 seconds and you'll see a buble chat at the bottom right corner.

  You need to contact customer service via the chat bubble (available on most pages in the solution hub) to get a new PIN.
