Im wondering if i need to call my internet provider for cancellation before installing a Fizz home internet ?

Yes, you need to call and cancel it yourself. Unlike mobile service where porting a number automatically cancels your old service, your old provider will keep providing service and charging you until you cancel your service with them. I agree with René D though, make sure Fizz is up and running fully before canceling your old service. You don't want to end up with no internet service if the install is not trouble free.7

@René D. : even if i'm with internet cable provider, mean it doesn't affect instalation , because i saw that the Fizz modem is a wifi cable modem ( hitron Coda 4680) , if i'm wrong let me know plz4

No you don't have to cancel your internet before installing Fizz internet.5
