Are you trying to connect the modem at the same address they had on file when they offered you internet service? If you are, you should contact Fizz. Sometimes electronics are just DOA.9

a videotron technician installed the modem two days ago, but i do not have access to the internet from the beginning11

A Fizz technician failed the internet installation. Maybe this is sign saying I shouldn't continue this beta test.10

If you don't have videotron cable here before, need wait a tech visit , and connect your cable from outside to basement. Then you can get internet signal in your cable.9

Just ask fizz to send a technician to have the issue fixed. How did the technician leave on the installation day without making the internet work?9

The third videotron technician came to my place yesterday. he connected with a videotron modem and workede well. But I did not work with FIZZ Yet.
and I do not why guys charged me for installation fees, although I did not have internet yet !!!!!!
Really I do not know that the installation fees isn't included in the service!!!3 -
