Pros

• No contract.
• Possibility to build your contract in a personalized way according to our needs to create cheaper packages.
• Possibility make changes (and temporary additions) to our package at any time.
• No need to go out to have out SIM card. It is delivered within 2 working days (or even less).
• Ability to reuse (recycle) unused data over the next months.
• Transfer data to another Fizz account to make a "donation".
• No possibility of having a surprise charge on our bill (especially if you don't add money in your wallet).
• Fun and easy to use website.
• Quick to setup as new customer.
• Quick and easy to port existant phone numbers.
• Reward program that allow you to access some bonuses.
• Responsive online community (usually answer within 1 hour)
• Roaming plan working with AT&T and T-mobile in the USA
• Mobile company that wants to innovate the market

Cons

• Still in the launching phase, so some problems can occur at some point from time to time.
• No physical place to talk to a representative or to buy a SIM card, everything is online.
• The online help (chat support and help ticket) is sometimes slow and sometimes requires the need for follow-up.
• Some verification system (two-way authentication) does not work yet, but it's a known problem by Fizz.
• Porting a landline or a voip number isn't possible yet.
