"Message not sent. Phone number formatted incorrectly."?

I get the above message when I try to send a text as of this morning. Also, I can't place phone calls. Anyone else?
I tried rebooting the phone and popping the SIM out and in but nothing so far...

    Was it working before this morning? If yes I would contact fizz with the chat.

    Is today your billing date? Did the payment go through? Re-send network settings

    Several users have phone problem due to billing isue today.

    Just finished a chat with support... they're submitting a ticket at 'critical' level
