How was your experience with the online customer service experience?
Hey Everyone,
Have you tried the online chat yet? How was your experience?
I have on my side and have loved the switch from the traditional phone line where you have to wait for a long time. It took some time to get answers for my SMS problem, but the agent was very nice and i could keep doing stuff at the same time.

Really good too! I had a problem with my MMS when Fizz just launched. The lady helped me troubleshoot the phone but it still didn't solve the problem right there. The agent told me she would have to contact her technical team and would come back. I received an email confirming my ticket number and then the following day another email confirming the problem was solved. I didn't need to call back or spend a long time on the phone with someone. Really awesome6

I had a problem to activate my SIM card, I just asked and they managed to fix the problem in 2 days, now I have a working data and cellphone.6

Mine was horrible!
I have been trying to reach them for 3 days. I bought SIM cards and did not receive them. I tried to contact them to signal the issue but the chat bubble never appeared for me.
When I asked on Facebook for help. The representative told me to go the chat. I sent multiple snapshot of my screen, showing that I don't have the chat bubble. Still denying that there is a problem.
I am looking at the forums but I need to talk to the customer services. I was supposed to have 48h to activate... Well, it takes definitely more than that to get help so I guess I missed the boat here.
If someone could help me I would really need a hand here.

Day #4, just to signal that there is still no chat anywhere.
I did read the FAQ and browse the Help while connected. I just never got to see a chat bubble.8 -

The chat bubble should normally appear. I advise you to try with another browser. I also see that your request has been answered to.

I no longer recommend people to reach out through the chat bubble just because it's so random and some people just don't get the bubble no matter what tricks they use.6

Terrible. Can't get the bubble to open and have been waiting two days to get any sort of help what so ever. Not only was my money taken for the next month, but I have no service, the site says the transaction failed and I have no way to contact anyone. If this isn't resolved I'll probably go to an other carrier.0

I have posted a thread for sometime now about how to get the chat bubble.
FIRST, It's very important to DISABLE all pop-up blocker.
SECOND, make sure your browser accept cookies!
THIRD, You need to log into your account.
FORTH, Go to this page :
English : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/complaints
French : https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/plaintesAfter few seconds, a chat bubble appear at the bottom right of your browser.

Click on it, it will open a small message windows, ignore the gereric message and type in your question.
You will then get a reply telling you where you are in the line.
Opening hours are :
Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
It does ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS works for me and many others.(Tested with Firefox, Edge, Safari and Internet Explorer)
