Yes, it's a known issue for many weeks now. Only codes sent from short numbers don't work. When sent from long numbers it works. A few companies like Google will send the code over a long number after many unsuccessful attempts over a short number so try a few times before using other means.9

This is one of Fizz's first issues and it still hasn't been fixed. No ETA was given either.2

Unfortunately I've always had to resort to the phone call option instead of waiting to receive the text which never arrives. Glad it's been establish as an issue for many people; hope it's addressed soon.3
