Is incoming free on talk add on?

I removed talk option from my plan since I dont uae a lot of minuites and then got the talk add on for emergencies. Are minuites deducted for outgoing calls only or are they deducted for incoming as well?

All minutes are charged regardless if it is incoming or outgoing. If you don't have a minute plan, you will need to add money to your wallet to be able to get incoming calls.
Remember that the talk add-on ($3 for 60 minutes) last up to your following cycle so you can get the most out of this add on by buying it on the first day of your cycle and it will last up to 2 months.12 -
Yes, both outgoing and incoming minutes count towards the total.10

Yes, both incoming and outgoing calls count. In fact, I remember a post complaining that people leaving a voicemail will count towards the minutes.6
