I cannot send SMS text messages. I cannot access my voicemail. Nobody seems to be able to help me... What am I paying for goodness sake?

Are your calls working? If not, did you make sure you are connected to the network? Has it ever worked before? What have you done to try and resolve the issue?
If you haven’t done it already, I would try turning your phone off and on again to see if it resolves the issue.7 -

@Robert W. Hi Robert! That’s not how things work with Fizz. First, you are on a community forum where everybody is a subscriber just like you and try to help each other. So most likely, you won’t get a direct fix all answer here from a Fizz employee. Second, what you are paying for is a discount brand with a different way of doing things for Customer Support. Everything is done digitally either by chat, Messenger, emails or contact forms. So you are going to have to be patient. Especially if you report many problems all at once. I suggest you start with what’s the most important problem for you and contact Fizz by chat starting at 9 am this morning.

For the SMS, I would start by investigating if my APN settings are set right. Check the help section for APN settings and set them manually if necessary. Alternatively, go in your account “My plans” > “Manage my plan” > “Advanced parameters” > “Fizz network parameters” > “Resend me the notifications”.7 -
I had similar issue with no call at all. I finally bought a new sim card that resolve my issue. They haven't no solution for me. After that they refund me the price of sim card. You should ask by chat first before buy a new sim.7

ps Thanks for the APN answer you attempted to help me with. It's been a month since I account access my voicemail. Yes it's one of the first things I've tried a dozen times.5
