I used a reference code but did not get my 25$. Anyone knows why and how I can reclaim it?

Has the other person paid the second bill? It might be deducted from your third hill after referring them.14

How long has it been since you used the reference code? Is the person whose code you used still with Fizz? You don't get an immediate $25 credit.13

If you click "My Profile", "Referral Bonuses", you should see your referral bonuses here. If you entered a referral code when you activated your SIM, it should show up as a "Welcome to Fizz". If someone else used your code, you should see their phone number and their name. The $25.00 will be marked pending until the 2nd month payment by yourself (for the Welcome to Fizz) or by the referred user.13

I have the same problem, I used a reference code provided by my friend and neither of us got the notification. Can someone tell me how to claim it? nothing is showing up either in the 2018 or 2019 tab. I DID NOT FORGET TO ENTER THE CODE, just to make it clear.0

i also do no see my referral bonus i doesn't show up anywhere contacted support they claim that i haven't entered it. i did enter it in the right section. i have a feeling its a bug in their system and they just do not want to admit it.1
