I just called a hotel in Hawaii (prefix 808) and the call doesn't go through. Why?
Will travel to Hawaii. I have the Canada+USA package. I am assuming it covers Hawaii as well. I just called a hotel on Maui (prefix 808) and the call doesn't go through. However, I was able to reach the hotel when I used their 1-888 number. Question: is Hawaii covered (data and calls) by Canada+USA unlimited calls package?

Maybe their "free USA zone" doesn't include AK and HI.6

When I switched to Fizz I checked the US coverage and Hawaii was there mentioned. It makes no sense to only partially cover the US. Unless they specify “continental” USA.9
